POSITION
We are looking for an office manager who will be working alongside the dedicated property team at Denvell Group's project display suite. This role is suitable for those who are intrinsically able to build and nurture successful working relationships across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the development director through all project phases

Responsible for the management of strategy formulation, implementation and delivery planning for allocated projects while meeting cost and quality objectives

Commercial Negotiations

Due diligence including the production and analysis of detailed feasibility studies

Preparation of detailed planning applications including planning proposals and development applications

Liaising with local councils and State Government departments

Market research
-
Establish, managing and coordinating external consultant teams and contractors to facilitate project completion
KEY REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree (architecture, engineering, planning, construction or property related) and equivalent experience

Excellent strategic development skills, contribute to advance projects and ensure risks and benefits maximised

Ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements

Fluent level of English is essential and other languages are an advantage

Technical skills and knowledge of computer software
