Project Sales Consultant

POSITION

We are looking for a Sales Consultant with an excellent customer service background and a passion for a career in the property industry who will be working alongside with a dedicated sales team in the Denvell Group’s project display suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for property sales via all channels including in person, phone, email, etc and related duties.

  • Achieving agreed project sales targets

  • A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client's needs and experience

  • End to end management of the sales process

  • Weekly and monthly sales reporting

  • Completing market research and contribute to selling strategies for the project

  • Delivering presentations to customer groups

  • Gather and collect CRM details

  • Build relationships with existing and new clients

  • Available to work on weekends

KEY REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • Current Real Estate Registration and equivalent experience

  • Strong communication skills and well presented

  • Extensive property knowledge

  • A genuine and deep passion for a long-term career in the property industry

  • Fluent level of English is essential and other languages are an advantage

  • Technical skills and knowledge of computer software
